Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the CouponDrop & Grab platform (available at coupondropngrab.in), including any associated mobile applications, APIs, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of India. The Platform and its services, including the coin-based reward system and UPI-based withdrawals, are designed exclusively for Indian residents.
3. Valid Google Account: You must possess a valid, active Google account for authentication purposes. Registration on the Platform is exclusively through Google OAuth, and you must be the legitimate owner of the Google account used.
4. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

CouponDrop & Grab reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to demonstrate eligibility upon request may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Method

Account creation on CouponDrop & Grab is conducted exclusively through Google OAuth 2.0 authentication. No other registration method (including email/password, phone number, or third-party social logins) is supported. By authenticating via Google, you authorize CouponDrop & Grab to access your basic Google profile information (name, email address, and profile photo) for account creation and management purposes.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts (whether through different Google accounts, aliases, or any other means) is strictly prohibited. Detection of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual will result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all accumulated coins and pending withdrawals.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your account is accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update your account information if any changes occur. You shall not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Google account credentials. You agree to notify CouponDrop & Grab immediately at cyberjnana@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. CouponDrop & Grab shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.

4. Platform Description

CouponDrop & Grabis an online marketplace and community platform that facilitates the sharing and discovery of unused, valid coupon codes, promotional codes, discount vouchers, and similar offers (“Coupon Codes”) among registered users.

4.1 How the Platform Works

1. Sharing: Registered users may upload and share Coupon Codes they have legally obtained but do not intend to use personally.
2. Earning Coins:Users who share valid Coupon Codes earn virtual coins (“Coins”) based on the Platform’s coin allocation rules.
3. Grabbing:Other registered users may browse and claim (“grab”) available Coupon Codes for their personal use.
4. Withdrawal: Accumulated Coins may be redeemed for Indian Rupees (INR) and withdrawn via Unified Payments Interface (UPI), subject to the withdrawal terms outlined in Section 8.

4.2 Affiliation & Third-Party Links

CouponDrop & Grab is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand, retailer, merchant, or e-commerce platform whose Coupon Codes may appear on the Platform. All brand names, trademarks, and logos are the property of their respective owners.

However, we utilize third-party affiliate aggregators (such as Cuelinks) to monetize traffic. When users click on shared Coupon Codes, they may be redirected through affiliate tracking links, allowing CouponDrop & Grab to earn a commission on successful purchases. This commission funds the Coin reward system for the users who shared the codes.

5. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

5.1 General Obligations

As a user of CouponDrop & Grab, you agree to:

1. Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable Indian laws and regulations;
2. Provide truthful, accurate, and non-misleading information at all times;
3. Respect the rights and interests of other users and third parties;
4. Cooperate with CouponDrop & Grab in any investigation related to your account or activities.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of coins, UPI blacklisting, and/or legal action:

1. Fake or Invalid Codes: Uploading, sharing, or distributing Coupon Codes that are fabricated, expired (to your knowledge), already redeemed, or otherwise invalid with the intent to deceive other users or manipulate the coin system.
2. Spam & Abuse: Submitting bulk, repetitive, or low-quality Coupon Codes; flooding the Platform with duplicate entries; or engaging in any form of spamming.
3. Automation, Bots & Scripts: Using any automated means, including bots, crawlers, scrapers, scripts, browser extensions, or similar tools to interact with the Platform, submit Coupon Codes, create accounts, or earn Coins.
4. Scraping & Data Harvesting: Extracting, scraping, copying, or harvesting any data, content, Coupon Codes, user information, or any other material from the Platform through any automated or manual means without express written consent from CouponDrop & Grab.
5. Circumventing Security: Attempting to bypass, disable, interfere with, or circumvent any security features, access controls, rate limits, or technological protection measures of the Platform.
6. Impersonation: Impersonating any person, entity, or another user; creating fake identities; or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
7. Money Laundering & Financial Fraud: Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion, or any other illegal financial activity. This includes artificially inflating coin balances through coordinated fraudulent activity, colluding with other users to manipulate the coin system, or using stolen financial instruments for withdrawals.
8. Abuse of Referral/Bonus Systems: Exploiting any referral, bonus, or promotional mechanisms through fraudulent or deceptive means, including self-referrals and fake accounts.
9. Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or attempting to derive the source code of the Platform or any of its components.
10. Interference:Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable load on the Platform’s infrastructure or interferes with the proper functioning of the Platform.

6. Coupon Code Sharing Rules

6.1 Ownership & Legitimacy

You represent and warrant that every Coupon Code you share on the Platform:

1. Has been legally obtained by you through legitimate means;
2. Is not stolen, obtained through unauthorized access, hacking, phishing, or any other unlawful method;
3. Has not been previously redeemed or used (to the best of your knowledge at the time of sharing);
4. Does not violate the terms and conditions of the issuing brand, retailer, or merchant;
5. Is shared in a manner that is truthful, including accurate descriptions of discount values, applicable categories, minimum order amounts, and expiry dates.

6.2 Accuracy of Discount Values

When sharing a Coupon Code, you must provide an accurate representation of the discount or benefit associated with the code. Deliberately inflating or misrepresenting discount values, eligibility criteria, or terms of a Coupon Code is considered fraudulent activity and is subject to the penalties outlined in these Terms.

6.3 Strike System & Consequences

1. First Strike:Warning notification sent to the user. The offending Coupon Code will be removed, and any Coins earned from that code will be deducted from the user’s balance.
2. Second Strike: Temporary account suspension for a period of thirty (30) days. All pending withdrawals will be frozen during the suspension period. Coins earned from fraudulent codes will be permanently deducted.
3. Third Strike:Permanent account ban. All remaining Coins in the user’s account will be forfeited. All UPI IDs associated with the account will be permanently blacklisted from the Platform. CouponDrop & Grab reserves the right to pursue legal action if deemed necessary.

The determination of whether a Coupon Code violates these rules is at the sole and absolute discretion of CouponDrop & Grab. Decisions regarding strikes are final and not subject to appeal, except in cases of demonstrable factual error.

7. Coin System & Virtual Currency

7.1 Nature of Coins

Coins earned on CouponDrop & Grab are a virtual currency and do not constitute real currency, legal tender, electronic money, or any form of financial instrument under the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations or any other applicable law. Coins have no intrinsic monetary value outside of the Platform.

7.2 Coin Valuation

The above exchange rate is indicative and subject to change. CouponDrop & Grab reserves the absolute right to adjust, modify, or change the coin-to-INR exchange rate at any time, with or without prior notice. No guarantee is made regarding the stability or permanence of any coin valuation.

7.3 No Guaranteed Monetary Value

Coins do not represent a guaranteed right to receive any specific monetary amount. The ability to convert Coins to INR is a feature provided at the discretion of CouponDrop & Grab and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

7.4 Non-Transferability

Coins are strictly non-transferable between user accounts. You may not sell, trade, barter, gift, or transfer Coins to any other user or third party by any means. Any attempt to transfer Coins (including through coordinated account activity) will be treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all Coins.

7.5 Coin Expiry

CouponDrop & Grab reserves the right to implement coin expiry policies in the future. Users will be notified of any such policies at least thirty (30) days prior to implementation.

7.6 No Refund on Coins

Coins cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged once earned. If Coins are deducted due to policy violations, fraudulent activity, or system corrections, no refund or compensation will be provided.

8. Withdrawal Terms

8.1 Minimum Withdrawal Threshold

You must accumulate a minimum of 10,000 Coins (equivalent to ₹100 INR) before you are eligible to initiate a withdrawal request. CouponDrop & Grab reserves the right to change the minimum withdrawal threshold at any time with prior notice.

8.2 Withdrawal Method

All withdrawals are processed exclusively via Unified Payments Interface (UPI). You must provide a valid, active UPI ID linked to a bank account in your legal name. CouponDrop & Grabdoes not support withdrawals via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), cheque, cash, wallets, or any other payment method.

8.3 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within seven (7) business days from the date of the request. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Indian public holidays. Processing times may vary due to banking system delays, verification requirements, or high volumes of requests.CouponDrop & Grab shall not be held liable for delays caused by banking infrastructure, UPI system outages, or other factors outside its reasonable control.

8.4 Rejection of Suspicious Withdrawals

CouponDrop & Grab reserves the right to reject, delay, or hold any withdrawal request that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with policy violations, or connected to suspicious activity. In such cases, the Platform may:

1. Request additional verification or documentation;
2. Conduct an internal investigation;
3. Freeze the user’s coin balance pending investigation;
4. Permanently forfeit Coins and cancel the withdrawal if fraud is confirmed.

8.5 KYC Requirements

For withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds (as determined by CouponDrop & Grab at its sole discretion), or when required by applicable law, you may be asked to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include, but is not limited to, submitting:

1. Government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Passport);
2. Proof of address;
3. PAN card details (for tax compliance under the Income Tax Act, 1961);
4. Selfie verification or video KYC.

Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled. Repeated failure to comply with KYC requirements may result in account suspension.

8.6 Tax Liability

You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from amounts withdrawn from CouponDrop & Grab, including income tax, TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), GST, or any other applicable taxes under Indian law. CouponDrop & Grab may deduct TDS at the applicable rate as required by law before processing withdrawals.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Platform Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including but not limited to its source code, object code, design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, text, images, audio, video, software, algorithms, databases, and all related documentation (collectively, “Platform IP”), are the exclusive property of CouponDrop & Grab or its licensors. No rights or licenses are granted to you except as expressly set forth in these Terms.

9.2 User-Generated Content License

By sharing Coupon Codes, descriptions, comments, or any other content on the Platform (“User Content”), you grant CouponDrop & Grab a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, irrevocable, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your User Content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

9.3 Representations

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to share all User Content on the Platform, and that such content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Responsibility for Coupon Codes

CouponDrop & Grab acts solely as an intermediary platform facilitating the sharing of Coupon Codes among users. CouponDrop & Grab does not guarantee, warrant, or represent that:

1. Any Coupon Code shared on the Platform is valid, active, or redeemable;
2. The discount values or terms stated for any Coupon Code are accurate;
3. Any Coupon Code will be accepted by the issuing brand, retailer, or merchant;
4. The use of any Coupon Code will result in any specific savings or benefit.

10.2 No Guarantee of Earnings

CouponDrop & Grab makes no guarantee of any specific level of earnings, income, or financial return from using the Platform. The number of Coins earned depends on various factors including the quality and validity of shared Coupon Codes, user engagement, and Platform policies, all of which may change at any time.

10.3 Maximum Liability Cap

10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

In no event shall CouponDrop & Grab be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, regardless of whether CouponDrop & Grab has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CouponDrop & Grab, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, licensors, and service providers (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising out of or in connection with:

1. Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
2. Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation;
3. Your violation of any rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights;
4. Any Coupon Code, content, or information you share, upload, or submit through the Platform;
5. Any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity conducted through your account;
6. Any claim by a third party (including brands, retailers, or merchants) arising from your activities on the Platform.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your account and these Terms.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by CouponDrop & Grab

CouponDrop & Grab reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform for any reason, including but not limited to:

1. Violation of any provision of these Terms;
2. Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
3. Accumulation of three (3) or more strikes under the coupon-sharing rules;
4. Creating or operating multiple accounts;
5. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested;
6. Extended inactivity (12 or more consecutive months without login);
7. Any other reason that CouponDrop & Grab deems necessary to protect the Platform or its users.

12.2 Effect on Pending Coins

1. Termination for Violation: All accumulated Coins, including any pending withdrawal requests, will be permanently forfeited without compensation.
2. Voluntary Account Deletion: If you request deletion of your account in good standing, you will be given a thirty (30) day grace period to withdraw eligible Coins (subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold). After the grace period, all remaining Coins will be forfeited.
3. Termination for Inactivity: Users whose accounts are terminated for extended inactivity will receive a notification at their registered email address fifteen (15) days prior to termination, providing an opportunity to reactivate their account and withdraw eligible Coins.

12.3 Termination by User

You may request the deletion of your account at any time by contacting cyberjnana@gmail.com. Account deletion requests will be processed within seven (7) business days after the expiry of the grace period described above.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy informally by contacting CouponDrop & Grab at cyberjnana@gmail.com. The parties shall negotiate in good faith for a period of at least thirty (30) days from the date of the initial written notice of the dispute.

13.3 Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within the thirty (30) day period, the dispute shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties, or in the absence of mutual agreement, appointed in accordance with the provisions of the Act. The seat of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding on both parties.

13.4 Jurisdiction

Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

13.5 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

14. Anti-Fraud Policy

14.1 Fraud Monitoring

CouponDrop & Grab employs automated and manual fraud detection systems to monitor user activity on the Platform. These systems analyse patterns including, but not limited to:

1. Unusual patterns of Coupon Code submissions;
2. Abnormal coin earning velocity;
3. Multiple accounts originating from the same device, IP address, or network;
4. Coordinated activity between accounts;
5. Withdrawal patterns indicative of money laundering or fraud;
6. Use of VPNs, proxies, or tools designed to mask identity or location.

14.2 Consequences of Fraud

If CouponDrop & Grab determines, at its sole discretion, that a user has engaged in fraudulent activity, the following consequences may be imposed individually or cumulatively:

15.1 “As Is” and “As Available”

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. CouponDrop & Grab EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.

15.2 No Warranty on Coupon Code Validity

CouponDrop & Grab makes no representation or warranty that any Coupon Code shared on the Platform is valid, accurate, current, or fit for any purpose. Users use Coupon Codes entirely at their own risk.CouponDrop & Grab shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of any Coupon Code obtained through the Platform.

15.3 No Affiliation with Brands

CouponDrop & Grab is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with any brand, retailer, merchant, or e-commerce platform whose Coupon Codes may appear on the Platform. All trademarks, logos, and brand names referenced on the Platform are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

15.4 Service Availability

CouponDrop & Grab does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be subject to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, updates, outages, or interruptions.CouponDrop & Grab shall not be liable for any inability to access the Platform during such periods.

15.5 Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CouponDrop & Grab. CouponDrop & Grab has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

16. Modification of Terms

16.1 Right to Modify

CouponDrop & Grab reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Changes may be made to reflect updates to the Platform, changes in applicable law, or for any other reason deemed necessary by CouponDrop & Grab.

16.2 Notification of Changes

In the event of material changes to these Terms, CouponDrop & Grab will notify users through one or more of the following methods:

1. A prominent notice or banner on the Platform;
2. Email notification to the registered email address associated with your account;
3. In-app notification or pop-up;
4. Updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.

16.3 Acceptance of Modified Terms

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must discontinue all use of the Platform and may request account deletion in accordance with Section 12.3.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or an arbitral tribunal, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable provision had not been included.

In the event of severance, the parties agree that the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent and economic effect of the severed provision, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
